Apex Elite Plumbing was born in a single-bay workshop on Waterworks Way in 2004, founded by master plumber Harold "Hank" Voss with a single pipe wrench, a second-hand van, and an uncompromising belief: that every customer deserves the same quality work he'd want in his own home.
